You need to sign up for GetLiveAlert first. Then link your account (Telegram, Discord, Slack, email and TradingView) to the GetLiveAlert bot, depending on where you want to use the alert. Next step would be to set the price condition on GetLiveAlert website or TradingView (if you want to use webhook) and save it

You will receive the crypto price alert directly on your phone. The alert will sent to your linked account as soon as the price condition is meet. As of you now you can get alerts on Telegram, Discord, Slack, email and TradingView

It is not mandatory to have TradingView account if you want direct alerts. TV is needed only in case you want to use custom TV features like charting, back-testing, trading as well

Say you want buy Bitcoin the next time it goes below 30,000 USD or when Ethereum prices go above 4,000 USD. But you do not know when this is going to happen. It maybe tomorrow or it maybe 3 months later and 3 months is a long time to wait. What GetLiveAlert does is, it keeps checking prices multiple times every minute, 24x7. The moment price condition is true, GetLiveAlert will send out notifications to the user alerting them to buy or sell.

How can I check my subscription end date?

Your subscription details including the end date is visible on the account page Check Now

Please check the account page for details on this. You may wish to cancel the subscription at any point. Once you cancel you will only be charged for the current billing cycle and not be charged from the next billing cycle

You can buy/sell crypto directly from any of the crypto platforms. Using our alert system lets you know when to buy or sell

Alerts are getting delayed. What should I do?

Please check your network connection and if your Telegram, Discord, Slack, email accounts are linked to the GetLiveAlert bot. There will not be any delay from our end. We have ensured that the alerts are delivered as soon as the conditions are meet. If you are still not satisfied then you can raise support ticket from the dashboard

This message indicates that you have hit the maximum alert limit for the day. You may upgrade to the next tier in case you need to use cryptocurrency price alerts more frequently. Alternatively, you may check the alert condition to ensure this is not a false trigger

The webhook URI is universal in nature. You can use it all websites which support alert delivery using webhook example TradingView. In case you do no want to use third party alert delivery mechanism, you can use our direct alert feature for cryptocurrency. Our webhook is designed to accept Text, JSON & form-urlencoded

Currently we are covering all major crypto currencies (top 500). We are planning to add more assets as we scale up. Do let us know in case you want us to include some asset
